Santiago Franceschini
Mr. Santiago Franceschini founded Accurate Traffic Counts, Inc. in 1993. Mr. Franceschini has over thirty-five (35) years of experience performing different forms of traffic data collection and surveys throughout the State of Florida in both the public and private sectors. His commitment to excellence in the traffic data collection field has given ATC an outstanding reputation in the industry and has accounted for the consistent success and growth of Accurate Traffic Counts.
After receiving a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Franceschini worked for various Central Florida Engineer Consulting Firms. Prior to starting Accurate Traffic Counts, Inc, Mr. Franceschini was employed by the Orange County Public Works division in Orlando, FL. During his ten (10) years with Orange County Public Works Mr. Franceschini was repeatedly recognized for excellent service and as technician of the year. His combined experience working for private engineering firms and the Orange County Public Works division gave him the expertise and confidence to form Accurate Traffic Counts, Inc.
Mr. Santiago Franceschini is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Organization, The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, The Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce, and The Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce. Throughout the over twenty (20) years in business Mr. Franceschini has had extensive experience managing both large state projects and small private jobs efficiently and effectively as Principal of Accurate Traffic Counts, Inc.
Oscar Franceschini
Mr. Oscar Franceschini has over ten (10) years of experience in the traffic data collection industry. Mr. Franceschini serves as Project Manager of Accurate Traffic Counts, Inc and is responsible for insuring that all studies are performed on-time with top quality. Mr. Franceschini also manages the traffic data collection services by making staff assignments, scheduling, and overseeing ATC's internal quality control systems.
After attending the University of South Florida, Mr. Franceschini held a title of Vice President of Business Banking for one of the country's top financial institutions. During his time in the banking industry he was responsible for managing large complex clients, managing a staff, and ensuring company compliance and client satisfaction. His previous work experience has given Accurate Traffic Counts the tools necessary to remain true to its client focused mentality. Mr. Franceschini has led the training and development efforts for all ATC employees and has focused on new quality assurance measures for the company.
Throughout the over ten (10) years with Accurate Traffic Counts, Inc. Mr. Franceschini has conducted and managed several large state projects and small private jobs to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
